I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the above and beyond
efforts you extended to us as President of Sojourn Travel Consultants in the
preparation of my Miami Dade College School of Architecture Study Abroad
Program. I have been a professor at Miami Dade College for the past 20 years and
have traveled extensively around the world. In the past 4 years, I created and
organized 4 Study Abroad programs every summer session. This year’s trip to Asia
was my fifth Study Abroad Program.
For each Study Abroad Program, I have had to coordinate and communicate with
several different agencies and organizations including air, ground and sea
transportation through multiple countries and cities, reservations at various
hotels and excursions for over 20 different countries and dozens of cities. None
of these agencies has responded in a more timely and professional manner as
Sojourn Travel has in assisting me during the nearly 1 year preparation. I have
to state, that due to your diligence and attention to detail, this has been the
most successful and well-organized program and at the same time one of the most
challenging due to the places of travel (United Arab Emirates, India, Malaysia,
Singapore, Vietnam, China, Japan and South Korea). It was comforting to know you
were always available around the clock and any day of the week. When I asked for
yet another option, you would gladly and quickly responded with an answer. The
day of my departure to Dubai from Fort Lauderdale airport, it was very
reassuring to have you show up at the airport at 3 am simply to make sure all
would go smoothly and as we had planned.
I strongly commend your efforts and I’m looking forward working with you again
for next year’s Study Abroad Program… Thank you!
